Redeeming with Coins inside the game
Take the Coins from the depot into your backpack, open Otera Store in the client and choose the weapon you want. Equipment arrives in your backpack. If there is not enough space or capacity, check your depot inbox.

Get them in the depot
Once the payment is confirmed, log into the game. Delivery to the inbox takes up to a minute online.

Make them yours
Move them to your backpack and open Otera Store to pick what to redeem, or trade with other players.
Where do I see my Coins?
Coins are tradable items. You receive them in the depot inbox and can keep them in your backpack. The web credit is shown separately and matches the points you have available to redeem.
I already paid. Why have they not arrived?
Check My payments below after logging in. Confirmation can take a few moments. Once the payment shows as approved, log in with a character on that account and check the depot inbox. If you need help, share only your payment reference with the Otera team.
Does buying 7 Coins turn Premium on automatically?
No. First move the Coins to your backpack, redeem them for a Premium Scroll in the in-game Store and use the scroll from your backpack. That turns on 30 days of Premium for the whole account.
