We opened Report a bug, a forum on the website to tell us what isn't working: a quest that breaks, an NPC that doesn't answer, a wall that shouldn't be there.

Log in with your account, tell us what happened and where, and follow the team's answer in the same report. Each report shows whether it is open, under review or resolved.

Reports that help us fix something are rewarded with Otera Coins. Several fixes from the last few weeks, like the shovel that tells you when the ground opens with a pick or the Treasure Island captain who wouldn't bring you back, came from player reports.
